Purpose Of The Role:

The charter administrator ill be responsible for supporting the management of road freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining logistics documentation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and manage FTL (Full Truck Load) and LTL (Less Than Truck Load) shipments for both domestic and international.
• Schedule pick-ups and deliveries, liaising with carriers, drivers, and clients to ensure timely transportation.
• Prepare, review, and process all required shipping documentation, including:
• Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or other issues.
• Ensure compliance with national and international transportation regulations.
• Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize efficiency.
• Maintain accurate records in Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
• Support reporting requirements including shipment KPIs, costs, and carrier performance metrics

Skills & Experience:

• Proven experience in FTL (Full Truck Load) and LTL (Less Than Truck Load) transport administration, including domestic and international shipments.
• Strong knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping documentation, and export/import compliance.
• Proficient in TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of transport regulations, safety standards, and carrier operations.
