Role: Charter Administrator
Contract: Full time permanent
Hours: 08:00-17:00
Location: Rathcoole, Dublin
*Own transport essential as site not connected to any public transport link*

Purpose Of The Role:
The charter administrator ill be responsible for supporting the management of road freight shipments, ensuring timely delivery, and maintaining logistics documentation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage FTL (Full Truck Load) and LTL (Less Than Truck Load) shipments for both domestic and international.
- Schedule pick-ups and deliveries, liaising with carriers, drivers, and clients to ensure timely transportation.
- Prepare, review, and process all required shipping documentation, including:
- Monitor shipments and proactively resolve delays, damages, or other issues.
- Ensure compliance with national and international transportation regulations.
- Collaborate with warehouse, logistics, and customer service teams to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records in Transportation Management Systems (TMS)
- Support reporting requirements including shipment KPIs, costs, and carrier performance metrics
Skills & Experience:
- Proven experience in FTL (Full Truck Load) and LTL (Less Than Truck Load) transport administration, including domestic and international shipments.
- Strong knowledge of customs regulations, international shipping documentation, and export/import compliance.
- Proficient in TMS systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
- Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of transport regulations, safety standards, and carrier operations.
