Job Role:
We’re looking for a tech-savvy Customer Service Agent with strong data skills and a passion for problem-solving to join our team. Initially, you’ll handle customer inquiries, claims, and inbox management while working with tools like Linnworks, Zendesk, and Trello. As you grow in the role, you’ll transition into managing our eBay and Amazon sales channels, optimizing listings, and driving marketplace performance.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who enjoys customer service but wants to grow into e-commerce account management—ideal for a quick learner with an analytical mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
Phase 1: Customer Service & Operations
✔ Manage customer inquiries via email, chat, and support tickets (Zendesk or similar).
✔ Process and resolve claims, returns, and order issues efficiently.
✔ Use Linnworks (or similar inventory software) to track orders and sync stock levels.
✔ Organize tasks and workflows in Trello (or other project management tools).
✔ Assist with basic data entry, reporting, and trend analysis to improve support processes.
Phase 2: Growth into Sales Channel Management (After Proving Success)
✔ Take ownership of eBay and Amazon seller accounts (listings, pricing, promotions).
✔ Monitor marketplace metrics (feedback, reviews, seller performance).
✔ Identify sales opportunities and optimize product visibility.
✔ Work with marketing and logistics teams to improve conversions and fulfillment.
Who We’re Looking For:
✅ Must-Have Skills:
- Strong customer service background (handling inboxes, claims, and support tickets).
- Tech & data proficiency – comfortable with spreadsheets (Excel/Google Sheets) and learning new software.
- Experience with at least one of the following: Zendesk, Linnworks, Trello (or similar).
- Problem-solving mindset – able to troubleshoot issues independently.
- Strong work ethic – reliable, organized, and proactive.
✅ Nice-to-Have (Big Plus!):
- Previous exposure to eBay/Amazon Seller Central (listings, orders, or ads).
- Basic understanding of e-commerce logistics (FBA, FBM, returns handling).
- Familiarity with data analysis (identifying trends in customer issues or sales performance).
✅ Personality Fit:
- Fast learner – eager to develop new skills in e-commerce.
- Adaptable – comfortable shifting from support to sales operations.
- Detail-oriented – able to manage multiple tasks without dropping the ball.
