Job description

We are looking for a Senior Chef de Partie with minim of 3 years’ experience for a busy & popular Restaurant establishment in Co Louth.

Dooleys of Edmondstown is a family run business serving great tasting, home cooked food in friendly and comfortable surroundings. We are ideally located on the N2, half way between Ardee and Carrickmacross, and only a few minutes off the M1.

As Chef de Partie you'll have responsibility over all aspects of food production and service.

You will need the following –

· Excellent culinary background

· Experience and knowledge of implementing and monitoring HACCAP procedures

· To be able to work under pressure whilst also producing excellent cuisine

· Working on your own initiative and also part of a successful team

· Have a passion for food & cooking with flair and imagination

· Must be fluent in English

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: €27,378.00-€42,000 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Louth, CO. Louth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
