Full job description

We are currently recruiting a Commis Chef to join our kitchen team at The Lakeside Manor.

This is a great opportunity for someone with some kitchen experience who wants to develop their skills in a fast-paced, well-run kitchen.

Pay starts at €14.50 per hour, with higher rates offered depending on experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist with daily food preparation and mise en place
  • Support chefs during busy service periods
  • Follow recipes, portioning, and presentation standards
  • Maintain high levels of cleanliness and organisation
  • Adhere to all HACCP and food safety procedures

Requirements:

  • Previous kitchen experience preferred (Commis or strong KP)
  • Good work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work under pressure
  • Strong attention to detail
