Full job description

We are currently recruiting a Chef De Partie to join the team & support us in the opening of our new restaurant concept The Green Room.

The position is a full time position, reporting to the Head Chef.

The ideal candidate will hold a recognized qualification in culinary arts and/or have at least 2 years' experience in 3-star hotels or quality focused restaurants in a similar capacity (150 Covers+). Be a talented Chef with a natural flair and passion for excellent food quality with excellent organisational skills. Prior Pizza making experience a plus.
