About SEDA College

SEDA College is a leading English language school based in the heart of Dublin (with a campus also in Cork), Ireland. Established in 2009, we are ACELS and EAQUALS accredited and have welcomed students from over 60 nationalities. We specialise in high-quality English language programmes, cultural immersion, and supporting international students in achieving their study and career goals in Ireland.

We are now expanding our presence in Asian markets and are looking for a motivated Asia Market Specialist to drive student recruitment and brand awareness across key Asian countries.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute sales strategies to recruit students from Asia (China, Taiwan, Korea, Japan, Vietnam, Thailand, and other emerging markets)
  • Generate new leads through outbound outreach (calls, emails, messaging apps) and convert enquiries into enrolments
  • Build and manage relationships with education agents, partners, and in-country representatives across Asia
  • Create and manage content for social media platforms popular in Asia (Instagram, Facebook, Xiaohongshu/RED, WeChat, TikTok/Douyin, LINE, KakaoTalk, etc.)
  • Plan and run social media campaigns, live sessions, and online promotions to increase brand visibility and student applications
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales and enrolment targets
  • Conduct market research and report on trends, competitor activities, and student preferences in Asian markets
  • Collaborate with the marketing and admissions teams to improve conversion rates and student experience
  • Represent SEDA College at virtual and in-person education fairs or events when required

Requirements

  • Proven sales experience (ideally in education, study abroad, tourism, or related service industries)
  • Strong social media experience, including content creation, community management, and paid/organic campaign management
  • Excellent written and spoken English
  • Knowledge of Asian markets and student recruitment channels is highly desirable
  • Ability to communicate with Asian audiences (proficiency in Mandarin, Korean, Japanese, Vietnamese, Thai, or other Asian languages is a strong advantage)
  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and comfortable working independently
  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred
  • Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate different time zones when needed

Pay: From €2,000.00 per month
