We are the exclusive dealer of BOLONI in Ireland, based in Dublin, specializing in full-home customization and Italian-inspired design aesthetics.

As we continue to grow, we're looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Operations Specialist to manage procurement, logistics, and supplier coordination — ensuring every project runs smoothly from order placement to final delivery.

About the Role

This role is central to our operations, coordinating between overseas suppliers, logistics partners, and internal teams (design, sales, installation) to ensure products are procured, shipped, cleared through customs, and delivered accurately and on time for every project.

Key Responsibilities

• Follow up on client orders and place/confirm orders with suppliers (e.g. the BOLONI factory) in a timely manner
• Maintain close communication with suppliers to track production progress, shipping schedules, and product specifications
• Monitor the full international shipping process, including booking, container loading, customs clearance, and inland transport
• Prepare and manage import/export documentation (customs declarations, packing lists, invoices, etc.)
• Coordinate warehousing and delivery arrangements once goods arrive
• Liaise with the installation team to ensure delivery timing aligns with on-site installation schedules
• Manage order changes, returns, and exceptions (delays, damage, etc.) through to resolution
• Maintain procurement and logistics records, and prepare regular project progress reports
• Support process improvements to optimize procurement efficiency and supply chain costs

Requirements

• 1–2+ years of experience in procurement, logistics, supply chain, or operations (experience in the furniture/home industry or cross-border trade is a plus)
• Familiarity with international shipping processes (sea freight, customs clearance, shipping documentation, etc.)
• Fluent Mandarin Chinese preferred (required for direct communication with Chinese suppliers)
• Fluent written and spoken English, able to handle local logistics and customs matters in Ireland
• Able to manage multiple projects and orders simultaneously with strong attention to detail
• Detail-oriented and responsible, proactively following issues through to resolution
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.) and general office tools
• Strong coordination skills, able to liaise effectively with suppliers, logistics providers, and internal teams
• Valid right to work in Ireland
