Church Bar jobs

Sea Church, one of Ireland’s most unique coastal venues, is seeking a hands-on and confident Event's Bar Staff to support the smooth delivery of our diverse entertainment calendar — including live concerts, cinema nights, stand-up comedy shows, cultural events, private functions, and occasional weddings.

This is a fully operational, on-the-floor role, working directly with our Event Manager on the day of each event. Your purpose is to ensure that everything runs seamlessly: the venue is set up correctly, timelines are respected, artists and suppliers are supported, and guests have an exceptional experience.

We are looking for an energetic, reliable bartender to join our events team for weekend work at weddings, live music events, and private functions.

This is a great role for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced social environment and takes pride in delivering excellent customer service.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Serving beer, wine, spirits, and cocktails
• Providing friendly and professional customer service
• Setting up and closing down bar areas
• Handling payments and keeping the bar clean and organised
• Working as part of a team at busy events and venues

What We’re Looking For

• Previous bartending or hospitality experience preferred
• Confident working in busy environments
• Good communication and people skills
• Reliable, punctual, and well presented
• Available to work evenings and weekends
