Full job description

Full time chef required;

  • At least 12 months Chef experience of having worked in a busy kitchen
  • Must be familiar with creating menus with flair
  • Must be able to work under pressure for a fast paced service
  • Multi tasking skills needed
  • Be able to work on their own initative
  • A culinary passion with excellent kitchen management skills
  • HACCP or Food Safety Management qualification ( up to date papers needed )
  • A good understanding of the English language
