Full job description

Le Petit Café & Brasserie is looking for an experienced Kitchen Assistant to join our team in a busy well-known Brasserie. Our Brasserie is a beautiful newly renovated property with a fantastic flair serving high end quality food. If you are passionate about hospitality, then we would like to hear from you.

Role & Responsibility

  • Food preparation and service in line with HACCP/Food Hygiene procedures
  • Maintaining a clean and safe working environment including pot wash and deep clean duties
  • Previous experience in a hospitality or kitchen environment preferred.
  • Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Good communication skills and fluent English.
  • Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment.
  • Basic understanding of food service and hygiene practices advantageous.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: €14.15-€15.00 per hour
