Mobile Cleaner – Dublin and Surrounding Counties

Salary: €29,000–€33,000 per year, depending on experience
Hours: 40–45 hours per week
Location: Dublin, with travel to sites in neighbouring counties
Employment Type: Full-time

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Mobile Cleaner to join our team. The successful candidate will travel between a number of residential and commercial sites, carrying out general cleaning and site maintenance duties.

Main Duties

  • Cleaning common areas in apartment developments and other managed properties
  • Vacuuming, sweeping, mopping and washing floors
  • Cleaning entrance halls, stairwells, lifts and communal areas
  • Cleaning windows, doors and internal surfaces
  • Reporting any maintenance, damage or health and safety concerns
  • Ensuring all sites are maintained to a high standard
  • Travelling between different sites in Dublin and neighbouring counties

Candidate Requirements

  • Full, clean driving licence
  • Good spoken and written English
  • Previous professional cleaning experience is preferred
  • Ability to work independently and manage a daily schedule
  • Reliable, punctual and well organised
  • Good attention to detail
  • Comfortable travelling between different work locations
  • Physically capable of carrying out cleaning duties
