Excellent opportunity for an experienced Clinical Data Analyst to join a thriving company in Dublin.
The Senior Clinical Data Analyst will provide data-based actionable insights empowering stakeholders to effectively measure performance, establish improvement goals, comprehend relationships between variables and make strategic decisions
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate directly with stakeholders to outline needs and flag any challenges. Own requests from end-to-end, starting with requirements gathering to stakeholder deliverables / presentations
- Seeks opportunities to challenge status quo reporting solutions and designs new, innovative ways to use data to support decision making
- Serve as a product and clinical trial subject matter expert resource for our Client and provide support across multiple departments within the organization
- Work to establish measurable and actionable KPIs, developing appropriate tracking mechanisms
- Continually assess stakeholder feedback and business performance to help identify value opportunities, identifying opportunities to expand capabilities to leverage additional data and/or better use of existing solutions
- Communicate analytic solutions to technical and non-technical stakeholders in a clear and effective manner and anticipate critical business questions to support
- Translate complex data into simple conclusions that empower teams to make decisions and take action
- Anticipate critical business questions and opportunities and deliver insights to the business.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related discipline; Master’s degree an advantage
- Minimum 5 years of professional experience in performance metrics & analytics, preferably in the clinical research space
- Working knowledge of existing landscape of Life Science technologies, applications
- Understanding of global drug development, clinical trial process and ICH/GCP guidelines
- Excellent written, verbal, and public speaking skills
- Demonstrated expertise in understanding customer requirements and proposing solution
- Data analysis skills with advanced proficiency leveraging Excel or similar analytical tool(s).
- Experience with data visualization via Tableau, Qlik Sense, QuickSight or Power BI an advantage
- Ability to independently communicate with stakeholders to compile analysis requirements and solicit feedback
