Full job description

Kelsius manufactures, distributes and maintains a system that wirelessly and automatically monitors the temperature and safety of all food products, both hot and cold, as well as medicines, blood samples and other temperature-sensitive pharmaceutical material.

Kelsius improves HACCP compliance, saving time, reducing risk and providing information at your fingertips. HACCP – (Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Point) - is a systematic approach to identifying and controlling hazards that could pose a danger to the preparation of safe food or medicines.

Kelsius is recruiting for the role of Stock Admin Assistant. This is a full-time role, based in the Kelsius Factory. We are currently in Gweedore, Co Donegal until the end of 2026 but will be moving to our permanent site based in Falcarragh in the new year. Candidates must reside within travelling distance to our factory and have the right to work in Ireland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Dispatch of orders
  • Tracking orders
  • Organizing returns
  • Stock Counts
  • Ordering Stationary
  • General Admin duties

Skills & Experience Required:

  • Computer literate
  • Previous experience desirable
  • A good work ethic
  • Ability to follow instructions
  • A good attention to detail
  • Ability to work as part of a team
  • Ability to work on own initiative

Experience with Sage adventageous.
