Are you organised, proactive and passionate about high-quality online content? Are you looking to make a real difference in how an ecommerce website operates?

Do you want more than just “a job” - a role where you can improve processes, raise standards and take ownership of results? Are you motivated by the opportunity to develop quickly and grow within a successful online business?

Then we’re looking for you to join 123ink.ie in our Dublin office.

  • Identify errors, missing information and opportunities to improve product coverage and presentation
  • Work closely with SEO, marketing and design teams to support website traffic, sales performance and campaigns
  • Support marketing activities including email campaigns and promotional content
  • Monitor team output and produce reports on progress, accuracy and improvements
  • Identify workflow improvements to reduce errors and increase efficiency

Develop strong product and website knowledge to support the company’s online growth

Advantageous Skills

  • Experience in ecommerce or online retail
  • Familiarity with PIM, CMS, CRM or ERP systems
  • Knowledge of product page optimisation and SEO
  • Experience with email marketing platforms
  • Basic HTML knowledge
  • Experience working with data and performance reporting

What Success Looks Like

Success in this role means leading and maintaining high standards across the website, proactively identifying issues before they become problems, and continuously improving how product content and categories are managed. The role suits someone who is proactive, detail-focused and comfortable taking ownership of results rather than simply completing assigned tasks.

Our intention is that the successful candidates will take the lead role in various departments over time and then progress to senior management roles. Maybe you're the right person for us?
