· Junior: €15.00–€16.50 per hour

· Senior: €17.00–€21.00 per year (DOE)

Gaelite Signs, established in 1933, is one of Ireland’s leading sign manufacturing companies, with over 90 years of experience delivering innovative branding and display solutions. Based in Sandyford, Dublin, we specialise in external and internal signage, branding, LED displays, and architectural features for clients including BWG, Maxol, McDonald’s, and Heineken.

Due to continued growth, we are seeking either Junior or Senior print finisher to join our busy Vinyl & Graphics Department.

Key Responsibilities

Junior print finisher (training provided):

  • Cutting and weeding vinyl
  • Printing and laminating large-format graphics
  • Assisting with finishing, mounting, and preparation of signage
  • Applying vinyl and graphics to various surfaces
  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

Senior print finisher:

  • Full responsibility for vinyl cutting, printing, laminating, and finishing
  • Applying complex graphics and wraps to signage and panels
  • Operating large-format printers and laminators
  • Interpreting artwork files and production drawings
  • Supporting and mentoring junior team members
  • Working to tight deadlines on high-profile projects

Skills & Experience

Advantageous but not essential (Junior):

  • Vinyl cutting and weeding
  • Large-format printing and laminating
  • Basic knowledge of Adobe Illustrator, SignLab, or CorelDraw

Essential (Senior):

  • Proven experience in a signage or graphics production environment
  • Strong knowledge of large-format print, vinyl application, and finishing
  • Confident use of Adobe Illustrator and sign production software
  • High attention to detail and quality control

Key Requirements (Both Roles)

  • Ability to work to deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexible and proactive approach to work
  • Fluent English (spoken and written)
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes
  • Strong teamwork skills with the ability to use initiative
