SUMMARY OF ROLE:

We are recruiting for a Multi-Skilled Contact Centre Advisor for our client, a large well-known multinational logistics company based in Swords, Co. Dublin. This is a full-time, office-based customer service agency role involving inbound calls, delivery tracking, booking collections, handling customer queries and supporting service recovery processes. Full structured training is provided, with the potential for long-term career opportunities within a major international organisation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Handle inbound customer service calls and email enquiries professionally and efficiently;
  • Track deliveries, investigate tracing queries and provide proactive customer updates;
  • Book customer collections and update relevant systems accurately;
  • Support complaint handling processes for missing, damaged or failed deliveries;
  • Upsell relevant company products and services where appropriate;
  • Maintain accurate customer records, case notes and operational updates;
  • Liaise with internal departments and network partners to resolve customer issues;
  • Work towards customer service KPIs, response times and quality standards.

ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:

  • Previous customer service or contact centre experience preferred;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a polite and professional manner;
  • Ability to work under pressure and prioritise workload effectively;
  • Good IT skills and ability to learn internal systems quickly;
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving ability;
  • Reliable, organised and customer-focused approach;
  • Eligible to work in Ireland.

RATE OF PAY:

€16.64 per hour.

WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday, 08:30 – 17:00.
