About Esmark Finch

Esmark Finch Vehicle Engineering specialises in vehicle customisation and conversion for the emergency services, healthcare, and defence sectors — integrating lighting, sirens, control units, communications, and digital electronics into brand-new vehicles. You'll join a skilled team in a modern, secure workshop with up-to-date diagnostic and digital tools.

The Role

We're looking for a Graphics Installer & Zund Operator to produce and install high-quality vehicle graphics — decals, wraps, and signage — and operate our Zund digital cutter, from job intake through to delivery.

What you'll be doing

  • Apply decals, wraps, window film, and interior/exterior lettering, ensuring accurate placement and finish of logos and crests
  • Work with reflective and cast vinyls and printed graphics
  • Operate, calibrate, and troubleshoot the Zund digital cutter
  • Monitor job quality throughout production, update statuses in the MIS system, and prepare delivery documentation
  • Attend production meetings and plan daily workflow
  • Provide excellent service to internal and external clients, and handle complaints professionally
  • Order, inspect, and manage materials; keep the warehouse clean, organised, and accurately stocked

What we're looking for

  • Proven experience in vehicle graphics installation and/or sign writing
  • Skilled with vinyl materials and application techniques
  • Experience operating digital cutting equipment (Zund preferred)
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Full driving licence

What we offer

  • Company pension scheme
  • Supported education and training programmes
  • Daily morning huddles — every team member gets a chance to speak and share weekly
  • A genuine lean culture where every voice counts
  • A packed social calendar: go-karting, paintballing, yoga, Christmas party, team lunches

If you believe you're suited for the role, apply now — our team will be in touch.

Pay: €32,000.00-€40,000.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Bike to work scheme
  • Language training provided
  • On-site parking
  • Relocation assistance

Work Location: In person
