Customer Service Administrator

About the Role
We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Customer Service Administrator to join our clients team based in Dublin 22. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting customers and account managers, ensuring orders are processed efficiently and providing exceptional customer service throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support customers and account managers with day-to-day queries and requests.

  • Process customer orders accurately using SAP and CRM systems.

  • Identify and assess customer needs to achieve high levels of satisfaction.

  • Build sustainable customer relationships through open and effective communication.

  • Resolve product or service issues by investigating and clarifying customer complaints.

  • Coordinate deliveries to ensure timely and accurate order fulfilment.

  • Manage and coordinate stock availability and customer requirements.

  • Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.

  • Liaise with internal departments to ensure efficient service delivery.



Required Skills & Experience:

  • Proficient in Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel.

  • Strong communication skills with the ability to explain technical information clearly.

  • Excellent customer service and organisational skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

  • Experience using SAP.

  • Knowledge of Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) systems would be advantageous.

  • Previous B2B customer service or internal sales experience is desirable.
