Full job description

HOMEMADE PASTA MARKETING INC.

CRM Specialist, Regulatory & Compliance Communications

Remote (Dublin, Ireland) | Full-time | Embedded with a leading consumer fintech client

The short version: you'll own customer communications for regulatory and compliance programs, including KYC updates, account migrations, and remediation, for a consumer fintech client across international markets.

Must-haves: hands-on experience delivering regulatory or compliance-driven customer communications at a bank, fintech, exchange, payments company, or other regulated consumer business. KYC refreshes, account migrations, remediation, terms changes, and other mandatory-action notices all count. You should be able to walk through a program you ran: the requirement, the audience, how you got sign-off from Legal and Compliance, and how you tracked completion.

Marketing or lifecycle experience is a plus, not a requirement.

If you haven't worked on regulatory or compliance communications in a regulated business, this role isn't the right fit.

About Us

We are marketing chefs with various backgrounds and skill sets that deliver the full set of marketing services typically found at an agency. To deliver our work and provide the type of service our clients deserve, we believe in the balance of five key functions within our kitchen:

Craft. Deep skill and long-term mastery are of utmost importance. Continually sharpening our approach and learning new techniques is a must.

Clients. Our relationships are everything. We equate this to providing excellent service.

Colleagues. Respect, empathy, and mutual help are table stakes. People support one another and share in success.

Company. We build systems, processes, and rewards that enable people to do their best work and grow professionally.

Core. Personal growth and balance matter. We regularly reflect on individual goals and progress across craft, client work, teammates, and company contribution.

We pair this structure with a practical mindset:

If you can. See something broken? Fix it. Someone needs help? Help. It's life.

Operate from opportunity. And not fear. Change is. Ask questions. It's okay to be uncomfortable, but if you see something new or different, speak up.

Everyone eats together. No one can do it alone. We need to support and equally share in the success.

Never stop growing. Be curious, full stop.

Ready to join the kitchen?

Role Overview

HMDE embeds senior marketing talent with high-growth technology clients. We're hiring a CRM specialist with a regulatory background to own customer communications for global and international compliance programs. These programs run for weeks and reach millions of customers through multiple waves of email, push, and in-app messages, each tailored to market-specific audience groups.

You'll turn approved requirements from Legal and Compliance into clear communication plans, launch them accurately, and give stakeholders the data they need to track progress. Legal and Compliance own regulatory interpretation and approval. You own getting the right message to the right customers on time, and showing that it happened. When regulatory work allows, you'll also support other international campaigns.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Plan communications for KYC, migration, and remediation programs: markets, audience groups, channels, waves, deadlines, and dependencies.
  • Work with Legal, Compliance, Product, and regional teams to clarify requirements, secure approvals, and manage delivery risk.
  • Coordinate localized messaging so customers understand the required action, the deadline, and where to get help.
  • Build, QA, and launch email, push, and in-app campaigns in the client's internal CRM tool.
  • Write and validate SQL audience queries in Snowflake, and refresh audiences between waves so customers who have completed the action stop receiving reminders.
  • Apply consent, suppression, and frequency rules, and escalate exceptions for approval.
  • Report reach, engagement, completion, and remaining audiences to stakeholders.
  • Keep delivery records and post-program readouts documenting targeting, approvals, sends, and outcomes.
  • Support other international campaigns as capacity allows, with regulatory deadlines taking priority.

What We Look For in You

  • Hands-on experience with regulatory, compliance, or mandatory-action customer communications in financial services or another regulated consumer business.
  • Direct work with Legal and Compliance teams on deadline-driven programs, including approvals and audit-ready documentation.
  • Experience running multi-wave communications across markets or audience groups.
  • SQL skills to write and validate audience queries on your own.
  • Hands-on experience sending customer communications through a CRM or messaging platform such as Braze, Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Iterable, or equivalent.
  • Program management discipline across dependencies, approvals, changing requirements, and parallel milestones.
  • Rigorous QA and documentation habits.
  • Clear written communication, including reporting risks and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Daily use of AI tools in your workflow, with the judgment to check their output.
  • Fluent English and experience coordinating localized communications.

Nice to Haves

  • CRM, lifecycle, or marketing campaign experience.
  • Crypto, fintech, or banking experience.
  • High-volume international delivery across time zones.
  • Completion reporting for high-stakes programs.

Engagement Details

  • Full-time role with Homemade Pasta Marketing Inc. (HMDE).

  • Compensation: €81,000 to €91,300 per year, commensurate with experience.

Pay: €81,000.00-€91,300.00 per year

Benefits:

  • Work from home

Application question(s):
