The Opportunity

We're looking for work placement students with curiosity, personal drive and technical knowhow. If you can combine these skills with an understanding of (or willingness to learn about) the Acoustics sector and a desire to deliver excellent services for clients, we'd like to hear from you.

This is your chance to join a leading multidisciplinary consultancy, working on some of the most exciting and challenging projects both in Ireland and abroad.

Our Acoustics team work across a wide variety of markets including Performing Arts, Education, Healthcare, Commercial, Residential, Sport, Rail, Highways, Aviation and Energy.

You will have the opportunity to gain a broad range of experience, including planning and feasibility studies; environmental and health impact assessments; building and infrastructure design; noise modelling; on-site measurements; auralisation and sound visualisation (including Arup SoundLab and i¦Lab); as well as many other activities.

Is this role right for you?

We are looking for candidates working towards a Bachelors degree (or equivalent) in Acoustics, Environmental Science, Applied Sciences, Mathematics, Computer Science, Engineering or Physics.

Other subjects will be considered if you can demonstrate a strong interest in working and learning further in a technically demanding environment.
