Full job description

Beltech Industrial provides specialist maintenance solutions to industrial clients throughout Ireland. We use advanced composite repair materials, protective coatings, grit blasting and specialist application techniques to solve critical plant and infrastructure problems.

We are seeking an experienced General Operative with a proven track record working in construction, industrial maintenance, mechanical, utilities, civil engineering, or related site-based environments.

This role is most suited to applicants who are already comfortable working on industrial sites and can demonstrate strong safety awareness, reliability, and practical hands-on skills.

Our office is based in Dublin; however, projects are carried out nationwide. Applicants must be willing to travel and stay away from home during the working week when required.

The Role

Work as part of a specialist industrial services team on customer sites throughout Ireland.

Carry out surface preparation, grit blasting, protective coating application, composite repairs and related site activities.

Maintain high standards of safety, quality and workmanship.

Operate effectively within a team environment while following site procedures and work instructions.

Represent the company professionally when dealing with clients and site personnel.

Essential Requirements

Minimum 3 years' site-based experience in construction, industrial maintenance, utilities, engineering, fabrication, mechanical, or related industries.

Full clean driving licence.

Strong safety culture and proven record of reliable attendance and timekeeping.

Ability to travel and work away from home during the week.

Desirable Experience

Industrial maintenance or shutdown work.

Protective coatings, blasting, painting or concrete repair.

Confined Space, Safe Pass, Manual Handling, IPAF, MEWP, Abrasive Wheels or similar site certifications.

Experience working in power generation, pharmaceutical, water treatment, manufacturing, chemical, or heavy industrial environments

Pay: €17.28-€21.37 per hour
