About the Role
KY Construction Ltd is a newly formed construction firm specializing in high-quality residential and small-scale commercial projects. We are currently looking for a hardworking, versatile, and experienced Tradesperson to join our team. The ideal candidate will be a "jack of all wet trades" with a keen eye for detail.
Key Responsibilities
- Concrete Finishing: Preparation, pouring, and finishing of slabs, paths, and foundations.
- Plastering: Skimming, rendering, and patch repairs to a high standard.
- Wall & Floor Tiling: Complete bathroom fit-outs, kitchen backsplashes, and large-format floor tiling.
- General Site Work: Assisting with various onsite tasks as required by the project schedule.
Requirements
- Proven Experience: Minimum 3–5 years in concrete, plastering, and tiling.
- Quality Focused: Ability to deliver a "snag-free" finish, particularly in tiling and skimming.
- Documentation: Must hold a valid Safe Pass or willing to obtain it.
- Transport: Valid Irish driving license and own transport preferred.
- Attitude: Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently or as part of a small crew.
