Insulation Installer

Attic & Cavity Wall Insulation | Cork & Munster Region

We are currently seeking motivated and reliable individuals to join our growing team, specialising in attic and cavity wall insulation upgrades across the Munster region, primarily Cork City and County.

This is an excellent opportunity for candidates looking to build a career in a high-demand, energy-efficiency sector. Previous experience is beneficial but not essential, as full training can be provided.

The Role

As an Insulation Installer, you will be responsible for carrying out energy-efficiency upgrades in residential properties. You will work as part of a team to deliver high-quality installations while maintaining excellent customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities

  • Install attic insulation to required specifications and standards
  • Carry out cavity wall insulation works safely and efficiently
  • Prepare work areas, including access and protection of customer property
  • Operate insulation equipment and tools correctly
  • Ensure all work complies with health and safety regulations
  • Maintain a clean and tidy work environment on all job sites
  • Communicate professionally with customers and team members
  • Complete job documentation and reports accurately

Requirements

  • Full clean driving licence (essential)
  • Previous experience in insulation or construction (desirable but not essential)
  • Strong work ethic and willingness to learn
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently
  • Good attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
  • Physically fit and comfortable working in attic spaces
