About Us
Kelby Developments is a Clane-based construction company delivering high-quality residential projects across Leinster and beyond as required. Our work includes housing developments, one-off private homes, as well as major refurbishments and extensions. We take pride in delivering strong workmanship and maintaining high standards across every project.

The Role
We are currently seeking fully qualified carpenters to join our team on a full-time, permanent basis. You will be working across a range of residential projects, including new builds, refurbishments, and extensions.

Work is primarily based throughout Leinster, with travel outside the region as required depending on project needs.

What We’re Looking For

  • Fully qualified carpenter with a minimum of 5 years’ experience
  • Experience in any of the following: 1st fix, 2nd fix, or roofing
  • Ability to work on your own initiative as well as part of a team
  • Strong attention to detail with a high standard of finish
  • Reliable, punctual, and takes pride in your work
  • Full clean driving licence preferred
  • Own tools not essential — all options considered
