We are seeking dynamic individuals to join our team as Business Development & Customer Service Executives. This role offers an exciting opportunity for both fresh graduates interested in sales and business development, as well as entry-level professionals with 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, and business development. Please Note we are not able to sponsor Work Permit Applications.

Key Responsibilities:

Business Development:

  • Identify new business opportunities and potential clients through market research and networking.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and objectives.
  • Contribute to the development of strategies to expand the company's customer base and market presence.

Customer Service:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for client inquiries, addressing their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Provide product/service information and guidance to clients, ensuring they fully understand the value proposition.
  • Continuously strive to enhance the overall customer experience and satisfaction.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (for fresh graduates).
  • 1-2 years of experience in B2B sales, customer service, or business development (for entry-level experienced candidates).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
