World Talent Selection is recruiting Quality Expert Reviewers (Arabic Speaker) for one of our international partners based in Dublin, Ireland.

Your responsibilities
As a Quality Expert Reviewer, you will support quality assurance activities across several operational workflows, including:
- Reviewing the quality of Content Moderation decisions;
- Ensuring compliance with internal policies and quality standards;
- Supporting complex content review processes involving sensitive topics;
- Reviewing ID verification and authenticity processes;
- Handling escalations and supporting high-priority operational cases;
- Providing feedback to improve quality and operational performance;
- Working closely with internal teams to maintain service excellence.
Please note: This role involves reviewing sensitive online content, which may include graphic violence, hate speech, adult content, scams, self-harm, child safety concerns, and other potentially disturbing material.
Requirements
- Native or C2 level Arabic (Maghrebi)
- Good level of English (C1 minimum)
- Previous Content Moderation experience is mandatory
- Excellent analytical and decision-making skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication and teamwork skills
- Right to work in Ireland or eligibility to relocate

Important Information
- Office-based role in Dublin City Centre (remote work is not available).
- Background checks are required, including Right to Work verification, Criminal Record Check, Credit Check and other standard employment screening.
- No holidays or time off can be taken during the first 8 weeks, to allow completion of the onboarding and training programme.
