Contracts Manager – Leinster / Nationwide

Leading contractor is seeking an experienced Contracts Manager to oversee multiple building and civil engineering projects across Leinster and nationwide.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage projects from pre-construction through to completion.
  • Oversee programme, budgets, quality and HSEQ.
  • Lead Project Managers, Site Managers and Engineers.
  • Manage clients, consultants, subcontractors and suppliers.
  • Monitor commercial performance, contracts, variations and procurement.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
  • Travel between projects as required.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years' experience in Contracts Management / Senior Project Management.
  • Main contractor background.
  • Strong building and/or civil engineering experience.
  • Excellent leadership, commercial and client-management skills.
  • Relevant construction/civil engineering qualification desirable.
  • Full driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide.

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: €90,000.00-€100,000.00 per year
