Full job description

O' Dowd Solicitors, a busy law firm with offices in Glanmire , Fermoy and Carrigaline are seeking to recruit a Full Time Legal Secretary to work in their Carrigaline office. This is an office based role.

The successful candidate's responsibilities will be;

-Dictation typing

-Answering telephone calls and dealing with client queries

-Arranging meetings

-Filing, photocopying, scanning, invoicing and general administrative support

-Diary management

-Filing court documents

Requirements for the position are;

-2 years previous experience working in the area of conveyancing will be an advantage

-Excellent IT skills

-Good team player

-Excellent organisation and communications skills

-Keen attention to detail

-Ability to work on own initiative

-Full clean driving licence is an advantage

Job Type: Full-time

Work Location: In person

Pay: €15.00-€25.00 per hour
