Full job description

We are looking for a competent Chef de Partie to join our family team at award-winning Woollen Mills Restaurant.

This is a full time role so must have permission to work full time hours in Ireland

We are looking for someone who will have the patience, personality and perseverance to thrive in this role in a small restaurant group with room to grow and develop and move between restaurants.

Responsibilities include preparing and cooking great food, managing and upkeeping your section organisation and cleanliness and liaising with the head chef on stock and quality control and HACCP. Keep in mind that duties may require working in shifts and/or during weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities: To cook and prep well, clean well and work well in a team. Communicate with wait staff, check and report any problems with equipment and maintain a tidy serving area. Keep recycling and waste in order. Follow all relevant health department regulations and have relevant knowledge and training in of HACCP procedures, team spirit and flexibility to work in shifts.
