About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Receptionist (experience is mandatory) to be the first point of contact for guests and is responsible for creating a welcoming, professional, and efficient front-of-house experience. This role ensures smooth reception operations, handles guest enquiries, and supports the overall service delivery of the business.

Key Responsibilities

  • Greet guests and manage bookings efficiently
  • Answer calls and respond to enquiries promptly
  • Handle payments and maintain accurate records
  • Support the team in delivering excellent customer service
  • Liaise with bar, restaurant, and kitchen teams to ensure smooth service
  • Provide information on services, menus, promotions, and the local area
  • Demonstrate strong IT skills across booking and POS systems
  • Ensure a positive guest experience from arrival through to departure

What We’re Looking For

  • 2–3 years’ experience in Reception
  • A passion for customer service and hospitality
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and public holidays
  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Organised, reliable, and professional
  • Previous hospitality experience preferred
