Summary:

LMC FM is seeking an experienced Technical Operations Coordinator to join our growing team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who would like to develop a career in this growing sector. This is a position that will suit an organised and energetic individual who is highly motivated. The successful candidate will provide support to our clients and our engineers. The successful candidate will have a strong appreciation of technical services, especially mechanical and electrical.

Responsibilities:

CAFM and compliance

• Maintain 100% work-order records in the CAFM system, reducing data discrepancies and enabling real-time visibility for LMC clients.
• Track all reactive and quoted works and close compliance actions within SLA, sustaining audit success.

Billing

• Progress callouts from attendance to billing, validating reports, materials, and photos.
• Produce quotations for remedials and minor projects

Coordination and client service

• Coordinate daily field teams, optimise routes and response.
• Serve as single point of contact for assigned clients, maintaining clear communication during critical incidents.

Sourcing and suppliers

• Source parts and subcontractor services (specialist e.g. M&E, fire, lifts) at competitive rates.

Workflows

• Review engineer reports for technical accuracy and remedial scoping; create follow-on jobs with clear SORs and parts lists.
• Other duties as assigned

Skills and Experience:

• Must be a fluent English speaker and be permitted to work in Ireland
• Excellent communication and customer skills
• At least three years’ experience in a similar role/facilities management sector
• Ability to work effectively under pressure and prioritise work
• Ability to make decisions and work without close supervision
• Strong technical background and a strong understanding of mechanical/electrical systems: AHUs, VRF/VRV, chillers, boilers, BMS, panels, pumps, valves, MCCs, lighting and emergency lighting testing.
