Location: onsite in our Cork office, Mahon
Salary: €29,900 gross p/a + performance bonus
Hours of work: rotating shifts across 8am-10pm (across Mon-Sun). After successful training and onboarding period there is an option to choose 5 days or 4 day rotation (subject to change)

Join us as a Customer Support Specialist
In this role in the fintech industry everyday will be a different and exciting day. You’ll be the face of one of the world’s top payment processing brands: you will help users investigate, researching and identifying issues. You will be a point of reference and trust for them. Talking on the phone or via email and chat with different people and facing different situations, you’ll have the opportunity to improve your communication and problem solving skills day by day.
