Job Description Summary
Are you interested in technology, quality systems, and laboratory operations? as the Quality Control Systems Specialist, you'll support the Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS) and MODA Environmental Monitoring system, helping ensure they run smoothly and remain compliant within a regulated manufacturing environment. You'll work closely with Quality, Operations, and IT teams to support laboratory testing, environmental monitoring, data integrity, and system improvements.Job Description
Responsibilities

Support and maintain LIMS and MODA systems to ensure reliable day-to-day operation.

Act as a key contact between Quality, Operations, IT, and system users.

Troubleshoot system issues and help resolve problems quickly to avoid disruptions.

Support system updates, change controls, testing, and validation activities.
-
Assist with audit trail reviews and data integrity monitoring.
-
Help implement system enhancements and continuous improvement initiatives.
-
Train and support new users and provide ongoing guidance on system use.
Required Qualifications
-
Degree in Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
-
Experience working in a regulated manufacturing environment such as pharmaceutical, biotechnology, medical device, or similar industries.
-
Knowledge of LIMS, MODA, data integrity principles, or computerized laboratory systems.
-
Understanding of regulatory requirements such as GMP, 21 CFR Part 11, or Annex 11 is an advantage.
-
Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
-
Good communication skills and ability to work across multiple teams.
-
Comfortable working with systems, data, and technology in a laboratory environment.
