Full job description

We are currently recruiting Process Technicians based in Cork to support automated production lines within a Class III Medical Device manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and support fully automated production equipment.
  • Monitor machine performance and maximise uptime.
  • Troubleshoot equipment faults, process issues, and product defects.
  • Perform machine set-up, adjustments, and process support activities.
  • Support continuous improvement projects and production targets.
  • Assist with commissioning and validation of new equipment.
  • Ensure compliance with Quality, Health & Safety, and regulatory requirements.
  • Carry out cleanroom duties and maintain high housekeeping standards.

Requirements:

  • Level 6 qualification in Electrical, Mechanical, Maintenance, Mechatronics, or a related discipline.
  • Alternatively, relevant experience in automation, maintenance, toolmaking, electrical, or mechanical roles.
  • Previous manufacturing or medical device experience is desirable.
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
