Food Truck Chef – Rotisserie Specialist

The Opportunity

Join the team at BNB Roasted Grill! We are a high-energy rotisserie food truck serving up top-quality roasted meats and sides. We are looking for an enthusiastic and reliable Team Member to help us deliver exceptional food and service on the move.

Whether you are an experienced catering professional or looking to break into the vibrant street-food industry, we provide full training to ensure you succeed.

The Role

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Food Preparation: Assisting with the preparation and cooking of rotisserie meats and grilled specialties.
  • Service: Providing friendly, fast-paced customer service in a "front-of-house" capacity.
  • Safety: Maintaining strict HACCP standards to ensure food safety and truck cleanliness.
  • Logistics: Assisting with the setup, breakdown, and safe driving of the food truck to various locations.

Requirements

  • Licensing: A Full Driver’s Licence is essential for this role.
  • Food Safety: HACCP Training is required (though further guidance will be provided).
  • Communication: Basic knowledge of spoken English is required to interact with our team and customers.
  • Experience: Previous experience in catering, restaurants, or hospitality is welcomed but not mandatory.
  • Attitude: A positive, "can-do" work ethic and the ability to work in a busy, compact environment.
