We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Specialist, Country & Client Management, Ireland to join our EMEA Growth team within Global Client Management (GCM) . This role is located in Dublin, Ireland .

This is an exciting opportunity for an ambitious early-career professional to build a foundation in client management, commercial strategy and senior stakeholder engagement, while developing the skills for future growth within BNY’s client coverage organization.

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Support the execution of commercial priorities across Ireland by helping identify opportunities, track strategic activity and contribute to the delivery of business objectives.
  • Partner closely with the Ireland Country Manager and broader EMEA leadership team to prepare high-quality briefing materials, updates and talking points for internal and external engagements.
  • Conduct client, market and segment research to uncover insights, identify themes and support go-to-market activity across priority relationships.
  • Help develop tailored proposals, presentations and supporting materials in partnership with product, coverage and regional teams.
  • Contribute to the coordination and preparation of client meetings by developing agendas, compiling briefing packs and ensuring timely follow-up on actions and next steps.
  • Maintain accurate CRM and pipeline information, support reporting requirements and help monitor key priorities, risks and dependencies.
  • Draft clear, professional communications and materials for a range of internal stakeholders, helping teams stay aligned and informed.
  • Build strong working relationships across functions, platforms and geographies to support a coordinated, client-focused approach.
  • Develop a strong understanding of BNY’s clients, solutions and commercial strategy in support of longer-term career growth within client coverage.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Relevant experience in client service, sales support, business development, relationship management or a related area, ideally within financial services, professional services or a corporate environment.
  • A strong interest in building a long-term career in client management, sales or commercial roles within financial services.
  • Intellectual curiosity, sound judgment and a proactive approach to learning in a fast-paced, global environment.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize information into clear insights and actionable recommendations.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to create clear, polished materials for senior stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver to deadlines.
  • A collaborative mindset and the confidence to work effectively with colleagues across teams, geographies and levels of seniority.
