Cleaning Team Leader

We are currently seeking a dedicated and dynamic Cleaning Team Leader to join our team and play a key role in driving excellence and innovation in Cleaning.

What you'll do:

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the DOC team to ensure cleaning services run smoothly and meet client requirements.
• Plan and oversee staff schedules, including managing absences, holidays, and shift coverage through the Kronos system.
• Supervise, lead, and develop team members, including recruitment, training, performance appraisals, and team meetings.
• Ensure all areas are cleaned and maintained to the required standards through regular inspections and spot checks.
• Promote and enforce health & safety compliance, including COSHH, accident management, hazard reporting, and safe working practices.
• Monitor stock levels, equipment, and resources, ensuring adequate supplies, proper maintenance, and cost control.
• Manage administrative duties, including payroll, personnel records, documentation, reporting, and KPI monitoring to meet contractual and financial targets.
