Summer Assistant

Key Responsibilities
Sound like something you'd be interested in? Here's what you'll do:
- Be the face of our space! Use your charisma and charm when checking guests in and out
- Resolving guests queries in a timely and helpful manner
- Checking bookings and dealing with payments
- Responding to guest requests in person, over the phone, over email or via our review sites in a professional and empathetic way
- Keeping up to date with the administration including reporting
- Setting up and clearing our spaces throughout the season

- Reporting any maintenance requests to our amazing maintenance team accurately and quickly
- Managing room keys
- Assisting with cleaning and turnover of rooms
- Updating and checking daily cleaning lists
- Handover lists
- Stock rotation
- Room checks
Qualifications
Sound like a good fit for you? Here's what you'll need:
- Great customer service skills - you'll be a true people person who loves interaction with people from all kinds of backgrounds
- Strong communication skills - you'll be speaking to guests from all over the world and communicating with staff and management
- Good time management- you will need to be prepared for busy turnaround days
- The ability to work well in a busy environment
- Experience in housekeeping/ willing to learn how to make beds
- Organisation skills - there will be a lot of reporting and administration to attention to detail is key
- Confidence with office computer systems (gold star if you've ever worked with a booking system).
- Flexibility - this role will cover working hours from 8am - 11pm Monday - Sunday.
