We’re now looking for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable Barista/Bartender to join our floor team. Whether you’re experienced or just starting out, if you’re passionate about hospitality and love working with people, we want to hear from you.

Your Responsibilities:

Prepare & Serve Beverages – Craft and serve all drinks to the highest standard, ensuring consistency and customer satisfaction.
Maintain Cleanliness & Hygiene – Keep the barista and bar area clean, organised, and fully stocked.
Know Your Beverages – Be knowledgeable about coffee, cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits, ensuring guests receive expert recommendations.
Stock Management – Requisition, organise, and set up stock for daily operations.
Follow Regulations – Adhere to licensing laws, Customs & Excise Regulations, health & safety, hygiene, and fire regulations.
Handle Cash & Transactions – Operate the cash register following company procedures.
Glassware & Equipment Care – Ensure all glasses and bar tools are cleaned and in top condition.
Team Collaboration – Work closely with the front-of-house team to ensure smooth service.

What We’re Looking For:

2+ years of experience as a Bartender or Barista in a busy restaurant.
Passion for hospitality with a warm, friendly, and efficient service style.
Fluent English (a second language is a plus).
Attention to detail & high standards in drink preparation and customer service.
Knowledge of licensing laws and Customs & Excise Regulations.
Ability to multitask & work under pressure while maintaining a positive attitude.
Confidence in working independently & as part of a successful team.
Experience with POS systems & cash handling.
Full permission or a valid visa to work in the EU.
