Fixt property maintenance is hiring an experienced residential/commercial Maintenance Plumber for a full-time, permanent employed role covering Dublin and nearby counties.

Description

Plumbing and heating maintenance including emergency call-outs, general repairs, heating faults, hot-water systems, bathrooms, kitchens, leak detection and day-to-day fault-finding.

Normal working hours are Monday to Friday, 8:00am–4:00pm.

There is a compulsory paid on-call rota. The frequency depends on staffing levels and is separate from normal working hours. Overtime, standby and completed call-outs are paid separately.

Requirements

• Recognised plumbing qualification
• At least 10 years experience.
• Strong fault-finding and diagnostic skills
• Good customer-service and communication skills
• Full Category B driving licence
• RGI registration is preferred but not compulsory, we can provide training/courses.
• Safe Pass and Manual Handling are preferred when applying and must be completed before commencing.
