Customer Relationship Manager - Hospitality Accommodation Services
Are you an experienced accommodation professional looking to take your operational expertise beyond the hotel environment while remaining closely connected to the industry?
Our client, a leading provider of hospitality laundry and linen services, is seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to support a portfolio of hotel clients across Dublin. This is a highly visible, relationship-focused role where you'll act as the key link between hotel clients and the wider business, ensuring service standards remain consistently high and client expectations are met.
This opportunity would suit an experienced Accommodation Manager, Executive Housekeeper, Housekeeping Manager, Accommodation Supervisor, or similar accommodation professional who understands the critical role linen management plays within a busy hotel operation.
This role offers the opportunity to step away from the day-to-day demands of hotel operations while continuing to work closely with accommodation teams across some of Dublin's leading hotels. You'll have the autonomy to manage your own schedule, build strong client relationships, and work closely with Senior Leadership, Logistics, Procurement, Operations, and Head Office teams to ensure exceptional service delivery.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage relationships with a portfolio of hotel clients across Dublin
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor service standards and identify areas for improvement
- Act as the primary point of contact for accommodation teams and hotel management
- Build strong working relationships with hotel clients, ensuring a high level of satisfaction at all times
- Liaise with the wider management team regarding operational issues, service challenges, and client requirements
- Work closely with Logistics, Procurement, Operations, and Head Office teams to ensure seamless service delivery
- Review linen stock levels, usage trends, and forecasting requirements across client sites
- Prepare weekly operational reports and monthly forecasts
- Escalate and manage service issues, ensuring they are resolved in a timely and professional manner
- Monitor service performance and provide feedback to support continuous improvement initiatives
- Complete administration and reporting from home on non-site visit days
What's on Offer?
- €45,000 salary
- Monday to Friday role with flexibility
- Hybrid working model
- Travel expenses fully reimbursed
- High degree of autonomy and responsibility
- Opportunity to work directly with Senior Leadership and influence client service standards
Requirements
- Previous experience in accommodation, housekeeping, or hotel operations
- Strong understanding of hotel linen management processes
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage your own workload
- Strong reporting, administration, and forecasting skills
- Full driving licence and access to your own transport is essential
- The majority of client hotels are located within Dublin City Centre; however, regular visits to properties on the outskirts of Dublin form an important part of the role, making own transport a requirement.
