Job Summary

A Manufacturing and Delivery Manager to lead the end-to-end production process to ensure 2T products are manufactured safely, efficiently, and in full compliance with quality standards and tested as per 2T’s quality control. They are responsible for managing the delivery of all products to our distribution customers including hardware products, SIMs and technical support.

Key Responsibilities & Duties

· Operational Excellence: Lead daily manufacturing operations and oversee production schedules to ensure on-time delivery of finished goods.

· Production Planning: Develop, monitor, and adjust production schedules, forecasting material requirements and ordering raw materials.

· Customer Support: This is a key deliverable to our customers and an important responsibility for this position.

· Quality & Compliance: Enforce quality regulations, adhering to 2T’s standard Operating Procedures.

· Stakeholder Reporting: Prepare daily/weekly reports on operational KPIs (productivity, quality, cost) for senior management.

· Blocker Removal: Proactively identify and resolve production bottlenecks or equipment malfunctions.

Required Qualifications & Experience

· Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Business or equivalent

· Experience: 5+ years of experience in manufacturing delivery and production, preferably in tech

Key Skills & Competencies

· Communication: Excellent English verbal and written skills.

· Problem-Solving: Ability to make fast, informed decisions under pressure.

· Project Management: Skills in planning, coordination, and resource allocation.

Technical Proficiency: Ability to interpret blueprints, work orders, and manufacturing blueprints. Strong understanding of production planning tools, Maintain in-depth knowledge about the 2T product range and services

Pay: €34,000.00-€45,000.00 per year

Work Location: In person
