€60k OTE, no experience needed – field sales role with Ireland’s No.1 telecoms brand

Field Sales Representative – Eir – Louth (Dundalk and surrounding areas)

Salary: €30,000–€32,000 basic + uncapped commission (realistic OTE €50–€60k)

Hours: Monday–Friday, 11am–8pm (no weekends)

Own your territory, grow your earnings and build a real field sales career. We’re hiring

ambitious Field Sales Representatives to represent Eir, Ireland’s No.1 telecoms brand,

bringing high-speed fibre broadband to homes across Dundalk . You’ll work door-to-door in your

local area, with clear targets, strong support and genuinely uncapped commission.

You must have a full EU/Irish manual driving licence.

A company vehicle is provided, along with fuel and lunch allowances.

What We Offer

● €30,000–€32,000 basic salary (depending on experience)

● Uncapped commission paid weekly

○ Realistic Year 1 OTE €50–€60k

● €1,000 sign-on bonus (paid on successful completion of induction)

What You’ll Do

● Represent Eir as the trusted face of the brand in your assigned Louth territory

● Carry out door-to-door field sales, engaging homeowners at the doorstep

● Understand customer needs and recommend the right fibre broadband and telecoms

solutions

● Confidently explain packages, handle objections and close sales at the door

● Deliver an exceptional customer experience at every doorstep

● Build strong product and competitor knowledge so you can position Eir effectively

● Plan your daily route and manage your pipeline to hit and exceed sales targets

What Success Looks Like

You’ll know you’re succeeding in this role when you are:

● Consistently meeting or beating your weekly and monthly sales targets

● Generating high-quality sales with low cancellation / churn rates

● Hitting agreed activity metrics (doors knocked, quality conversations, follow-ups)

● Featuring on team leaderboards and being recognised for your performance

● Growing your monthly earnings through your own results and referrals

What You’ll Bring

● A strong desire to hit and exceed ambitious sales targets

● Confidence in face-to-face sales and building rapport quickly with new people

● Resilience, energy and a target-driven mindset – comfortable with door-to-door sales

● Clear, professional communication skills in English

● Strong self-motivation and the ability to organise your own field sales territory

● Full clean EU/Irish manual driving licence (essential)

● Previous door-to-door, field sales or telesales experience is an advantage, but not

essential – full training is provided

● Any proven track record of hitting targets (sales, fundraising, sport, retail, hospitality)

will be a strong plus
