The Role

We are looking for a confident and driven Outbound Telesales and Customer Experience Representative to generate qualified leads and drive interest in our solar energy solutions. You’ll play a key role in educating potential customers about the benefits of solar and booking appointments for our in-house consultants. You will also follow up with newly installed customers to ensure they have had a positive experience and answer or direct any outstanding queries they may have. This is a phone-based role ideal for someone who enjoys speaking to people, hitting targets, and making a difference.

Responsibilities and Duties

• Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads using provided scripts and tools.
• Engage prospects with a clear, persuasive pitch about the benefits of solar energy or to follow up on recent installations to ensure they have had a positive experience.
• Qualify leads based on energy usage, property type, and eligibility.
• Update CRM systems with call outcomes, lead status, and follow-up actions.
• Meet and exceed daily and monthly call, lead, and conversion targets.
• Work closely with the sales team to align on messaging and campaigns.
• Other related ad hoc duties as required.

Requirements

• Experience in outbound telesales or cold calling (1+ years preferred).
• Strong communication, persuasion, and objection-handling skills.
• Confidence in phone-based selling and resilience in a target-driven environment.
• Basic understanding of CRM tools and data entry.
• Self-motivated and goal-oriented with a positive, can-do attitude.
• Passion for renewable energy and sustainability is a strong plus.

Desirable

• Experience in the solar, energy, or home improvement industry

This role will start as part time, 20 hours per week, with a view to increasing to full time as we move closer the summer months.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From €27,000.00 per year
