We're looking for a Shopper Insights Client Associate to join our team and help deliver customer-first insights and solutions to our clients. In this role, you'll support collaboration between retailers and suppliers, driving mutual growth through a deeper understanding of customers.

Key responsibilities in the role:

  • Build strong relationships with client counterparts and work on-site as needed.
  • Support delivery of client account plans and high-quality deliverables.
  • Use dunnhumby tools and analysis to create impactful presentations and insights.
  • Assist with upselling and cross-selling opportunities.
  • Collaborate across Shopper Insights, Retail, and Media teams.
  • Deliver training on dunnhumby products and solutions.
  • Measure ROI and value creation for clients.
  • Contribute to case studies and best practice sharing.
