Full job description

Malones Toyota Drogheda is seeking an organised, customer-focused Service Booking Administrator and Receptionist to join our busy team. This role is ideal for someone with excellent communication skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage customer bookings while supporting the smooth running of our service department.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcoming customers and providing a professional, friendly experience
  • Managing service bookings and appointment scheduling
  • Handling incoming calls, emails, and customer enquiries to all departments
  • Maintaining and updating the MRS system accurately
  • Coordinating with service advisors, technicians, and other departments
  • Preparing and managing daily service schedules
  • Following up with customers regarding bookings, reminders, and updates
  • Updating CRM records and maintaining accurate customer data
  • Supporting general administration tasks within the service department
  • Ensuring excellent customer service standards at all times

The Ideal Candidate Will Have:

  • Strong communication and customer service skills
  • Excellent organisational skills with good attention to detail
  • Previous administration, service, or motor industry experience preferred
  • Good IT skills and confidence using computer systems
  • Experience with MRS or similar dealership systems would be an advantage
  • Ability to prioritise workload in a busy environment
  • A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
