Full job description

We are seeking a creative, energetic, and commercially minded Social Media Manager to join our growing hospitality group, which operates a collection of distinctive, independent restaurants across Dublin.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about food, storytelling, hospitality, and digital marketing. You'll play a key role in shaping and growing the online presence of our brands, creating engaging content that reflects the personality of each venue while driving customer engagement, brand awareness, and sales.

Key Responsibilities

● Develop and execute social media strategies across all restaurant brands.

● Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other relevant platforms.

● Liaise closely with Head Chefs, General Managers, and venue teams to identify and capture compelling stories, menu launches, seasonal dishes, special events, behind-the-scenes content and some quirky content

● Create food, lifestyle, civic life photography and videography for social media, website, and marketing campaigns.

● Plan and deliver promotional campaigns, celebration days, seasonal activations, cultural touchstones and special events.

● Build brand awareness and strengthen the individual identity of each restaurant while maintaining consistency with overall group objectives.

● Build and grow websites & an interesting online presence:

● Update websites with new content, offers, imagery, and venue changes.

● Maintain and optimise Google Business profiles (hours, photos, reviews).

● (website traffic, social reach, follower growth) and report regularly.

● Sales Support: support outreach campaigns to corporates, tour groups, hotels, and other leads.

● Assist with maintaining and updating CRM systems and databases.

● Assist with follow-ups and light administrative tasks related to sales that drives customer engagement, conversation, loyalty, and repeat visits.

● Manage community engagement, responding to comments, messages, reviews, and customer interactions in a timely and professional manner.

● Develop and distribute email newsletters and customer communications with innovative initiatives.

● Collaborate with external partners,influencers, media contacts, and photographers where required..

● Monitor social media trends, competitor activity, and emerging opportunities within the hospitality sector.

● Analyse campaign performance and provide regular reporting on key metrics including engagement, reach, bookings, and sales impact.

About You

❖ Proven experience in social media management, ideally within hospitality, food, beverage, lifestyle, or retail sectors.

❖ Strong photography and content creation skills, particularly food photography and short-form video content.

❖ Excellent copywriting and storytelling abilities.

❖ Strong understanding of Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, email marketing, and digital engagement strategies.

❖ Commercially aware with the ability to create content that drives bookings, footfall, and revenue.

❖ Highly organised with excellent project management skills.

❖ Comfortable working across multiple brands and managing competing priorities.

❖ Passionate about food, restaurants, hospitality, and customer experience.

❖ Experience with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, Meta Business Suite, email marketing platforms, and content scheduling tools is desirable.

❖ Ability to self-start and work independently

❖ Visa status allowing you to work (legally) 40 hours per week
