Job: Lead Software Engineer (Java, AWS)
Location: Dublin, Ireland
Type: Contract
Length: 12 months
Rate: 450 - 500 per day
Work Arrangement: 1 day a week in the office
We're looking for an experienced Software Engineer Lead to guide a team from 5-10 people to build innovatively and continuously improve our customer's ways of working.
We are looking for people with the below experience:
- Experience leading a high performing, large team of engineers
- Excellent cross functional stakeholder management skills
- Come from a software engineering background with knowledge and experience in Java and other java related technologies
- Strong experience in AWS Cloud environment
- Excellent technical, diagnostic and troubleshooting skills
In the role you can expect to be responsible for:
- Leading of a multi-disciplinary software development team
- Determining project requirements and developing work schedules for the team
- Delegating tasks and achieving daily, weekly and monthly goals
- Liaising with team members, management and clients to ensure projects are completed to standard
- Hiring, building and growing strong teams

- Updating work schedules and performing troubleshooting as required
