Role

We are seeking a highly motivated application support analyst with middle office background.

You will provide application support to our customers and operational teams working with our main Payables & Receivables platform.

You will also work closely with other levels of application support and the change management team for system bugs and enhancements.

The production environment can be very demanding, and you must be able to make critical decisions while working under pressure.

Key Responsibilities

  • Management of user queries received by e-mail and phone related to Supply Chain Platform
  • Issue analysis & monitoring, supporting internal & external clients on the platform
  • Solve issues or propose workaround / temporary options.
  • Identify recurrent issues and raise Problems to the Change Management team.
  • Analyse all the reported issues on behalf of clients & non-clients, external & internal, and follow-up until resolution. Provide proactive answers to users.
  • System monitoring and reporting
  • Ensure required controls are performed

Qualifications & Experience required for this role

  • Education: 3rd‑level qualification in IT, Business, Finance or a related field.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of customer‑facing support for business‑critical applications; experience with supply‑chain or trade‑finance platforms is an advantage.
  • Technical: Comfortable with general IT business applications; solid knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Professional: Proven ability to engage senior stakeholders, manage competing priorities and deliver under tight deadlines.

Skills and Competencies

  • Strong analytical & troubleshooting abilities under pressure
  • Excellent verbal and written communication (English)
  • Intermediate Microsoft Excel; solid MS Office suite skills
  • Proven production‑support experience for complex business applications
  • Ability to work diplomatically with senior stakeholders and cross‑functional teams
  • French language proficiency (spoken or written – preferred)
  • Experience in supply‑chain or trade‑finance business processes (preferred)
  • Exposure to ITIL processes (preferred)
