SUMMARY OF ROLE:
We are currently recruiting experienced Tipper Truck Drivers for a well-established Irish haulage and civil engineering support company based in Dublin. The company has operated successfully for over 40 years and provides bulk haulage, site clearance, aggregates and waste transport services throughout the Greater Dublin area. Work is based primarily throughout the Greater Dublin area and Leinster. Drivers operate a modern fleet of well-maintained vehicles, supported by dedicated on-site mechanics, ensuring high standards of reliability and safety.
This is a full-time, permanent position offering a dedicated truck, secure parking, excellent working conditions and long-term employment with an established employer.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
· Operate a 40-ton rigid tipper truck safely and professionally;
· Transport aggregates, soils, excavated materials and other bulk materials to and from customer sites;
· Complete daily vehicle checks and report any defects promptly;
· Ensure all loads are transported safely and in accordance with company procedures;
· Complete delivery documentation and daily records as required;
· Deliver a professional service on construction sites and customer premises.
ESSENTIAL REQUIREMENTS:
· Full Category C driving licence;
· Valid Driver CPC qualification;
· Digital Tachograph Card;
· Previous tipper truck, construction, quarry, bulk haulage or similar HGV driving experience;
· Safe and professional driving record;
· Good communication skills and a positive attitude;
· Ability to work independently and represent the company professionally.
RATE OF PAY:
· Guaranteed weekly earnings: €843.75
· Typical weekly earnings including normal weekly overtime: approximately €956.25
