  • Identifying customer needs and presenting tailored vehicle and finance solutions.
  • Negotiating confidently while protecting dealership profitability.
  • Maximising part-exchange and used vehicle opportunities.
  • Introducing relevant finance, warranty, service and ownership products.
  • Maintaining exceptional standards of CRM and lead follow-up.
  • Delivering a premium vehicle handover experience.
  • Generating repeat business, referrals and customer loyalty.
  • Working closely with Sales Management, Aftersales and Finance to deliver a seamless customer experience.
  • Contributing to the overall performance and standards of the dealership.

  • A polished, professional and consultative approach to sales.
  • Exceptional follow-up and CRM discipline.
  • A strong work ethic and an appetite to succeed.
  • A full, clean driving licence.

Most importantly, you will be customer-focused, commercially ambitious and personally accountable for your results.
